A new report by AARP and the National Alliance for Caregiving finds that the number of caregivers in the U.S. has jumped to 63 million Americans, representing a 45 percent increase over the last decade. The data also found that one in three caregivers has stopped saving money and 24 percent have used up short-term savings leading to almost a quarter to take on more debt.
